Weather/Cancellation Policy:
INFLATABLES - Cancellations for inflatables must be made BY 7:00 am on the day of your event. If we don’t hear from you by 7:00 am, we will deliver rain or shine and full payment is payable. Cancellations must be made with phone call to Austin: 512-850-9168 or San Antonio: 210-390-2994 or Dallas: 972-232-7450 or Houston: 713-496-0562. You must also follow up that cancellation with an email so we can keep it on file. Cancellations are given credit with our company for up to one year following the original reservation date. Please call our office to cancel or reschedule a reservation and we will be happy to assist you. ONLY ONE RESCHEDULE DATE ARE ALLOWED.
MECHANCIAL EQUIPMENT - If you rent ANY TYPE of mehanical equipment cancellations must be made BY noon the day BEFORE your event. If we don’t hear from you by noon the day before your event we will deliver rain or shine and full payment is payable. TENTS - Cancellations for tents needs to be BY noon 2 days before the EVENT SETUP. If we don’t hear from you by noon the day before your event SETUP we will deliver rain or shine and full payment is payable. RefundCancellation Policy:
We do not give refunds for cancellations. We carry limited quantities of each product. Many people reserve their items weeks or months in advance for parties. By reserving equipment for your party, we place that equipment out of service from anyone else being able to rent it.
REFUND COST policy:
Please call us immediately to cancel with a phone call to Austin: 512-850-9168 or San Antonio: 210-390-2994 or Dallas: 972-232-7450 or Houston: 713-496-0562. , Monday – Sunday 9am – 9pm. You HAVE TO follow up that cancellation with an email so we can keep it on file. Make sure you speak directly with our office for any cancellation. BOTH a phone call and an email are required to successfully cancel your reservation.
When you are ready to reschedule within a year of your original party date, please call the office. We will need the date of the cancelled reservation and the name on the account. We will then check to see if the items cancelled are available on your new date. If your items are already rented, we will help you find a substitute unit of equal value. You can pay the difference on a debit or credit card.
Renter AGREES that renter can reschedule ONCE after the cancellation and that renter will pay full balance. NO MORE THAN ONE RESCEDULE IS APPLICABLE.
