YOU HAVE TO LIVE IN THE AUSTIN AND SAN ANTONIO METRO AREA TO PARTICIPATE.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Open only to legal residents of Austin, Texas and San Antonio, Texas and cities within 10 miles of Austin and San Antonio, Texas.  You must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry to qualify for the prize.   Void wherever prohibited by law. There will be only ONE WINNER.  Employees of Amanzi Party Rentals (“Sponsor”), or its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules set forth herein and the decisions of Sponsor.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used to select a winner for this contest and to provide future promotional e-mails from amanzipartyrentals.com. Participants may opt-out of these e-mails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link contained in these e-mails.

3 STEPS TO ENTER TO WIN iPAD:  Beginning 12:01 AM Central Time October 1, 2012 through 11:59 PM Central Time October 31, 2012, participants are automatically entered into the contest to win an Apple iPad® when they do these next 3 easy steps: 

Step 1: Login to Facebook and go to the Amanzi Party Rentals Facebook Page and “Like” our page. If you’ve already “Liked” our Facebook Page, you’re already good for this step.

Step 2: Click “Share this page” on your Facebook profile by clicking the icon at the top right of the post, or by cutting and pasting the URL into your FB status.  Type “Like Amanzi Party Rentals they are giving away and iPad”  ####You must post on your wall to be entered###

Step 3: Then comment on our post on the Amanzi Party Rentals page by typing “shared”

You can share and enter one time per day until contest ends.  Every time you share our page, you will receive an option to win the prize.  The more you share the bigger your chance to win.

In order to participate, you must already have a FACEBOOK page of your own or sign up for one when prompted. THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST.  Limit one entry per person per day. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the Facebook account identified on the online entry form. The authorized account holder is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

RANDOM DRAWING: Winner will be selected by random drawing on or about November 1, 2013 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Winning participant will be contacted via Facebook® messaging or contact information stated on their Facebook® account and have (3) business days to respond. If there is no response an alternate potential grand prize winner will be selected. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: (1) One Grand Prize – winner will receive a 16GB Apple iPad3®, Wi-Fi, White Model MD328LL/A. (ARV: $499). Apple® care protection plan and any additional services, accessories or features are NOT included. Prize will be fulfilled with manufacturer seal packaging. Winner is responsible for care, use and follow up with the manufacturer should any mechanical or software problems arise with the prize. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Fulfillment of the prize may take up to 15 business days after the winner is notified.  Winner will be responsible for travel to pick up the grand prize at our warehouse in Austin, Texas. Grand prize can only be claimed at warehouse in Austin, Texas.  There will be No shipping of the grand prize. The winner will forfeit grand prize not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.  If winner is unable to pick up prize at our warehouse in Austin, Texas, the sponsor will draw another name from the list.  Winner must allow sponsor to take pictures, video when excepting the prize and give permission to use picture and video for promotional advertising and posting on the internet.  Sponsor, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents are not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prizes.

All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All winners must produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winners’ name, voice, statements, image and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS: Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes whether caused by computer, technical or human error. All terms of promotion shall be construed according to, and any disputes shall be subject to, the laws of the State of Texas. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, wireless failure, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules.
